Luxurious Orleans styled home graces iconic Rosemary Ave in Rosemary Beach. Sweetgrass Cottage is an exquisite coastal retreat. Six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a private courtyard with oversized pool, and a bonus den space provide plenty of room for the entire family. Enjoy afternoons by the pool or beach, and cozy evenings by the outdoor fireplace— Sweetgrass has it all.
Sweetgrass sits quite stately on Rosemary Avenue— with regal front columns and a grand second-floor, wrap-around porch. Once inside, the main living area is newly updated and comfortable. Light filled windows with double doors lead to an array of balconies and patios. The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space. A large dining table with seating for eight to ten is surrounded by windows overlooking the balcony and trees. 
In the open kitchen, a huge, quartz-topped island features an apron sink, two dishwashers, four barstools, and two artistic chandeliers. There’s a gas range, wall-mounted double oven, spacious refrigerator, wine fridge, and a microwave. The clean, white cabinets and quartz countertops are accented by a herringbone backsplash. This is an ideal home for two families to share as it features elbow room for all.
The large courtyard features an oversized swimming pool surrounded by cement pavers and seating options.
